Class Description
HATHA YOGA The word Hatha in Sanskrit terms “ha” meaning “sun” and “tha” meaning “moon”. The word “ha” refers to the solar nadi (pingala) in the subtle body and “tha” the lunar channel (ida). Hatha yoga attempts to balance mind and body via physical exercises, or "asanas", controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation.
PILATES MATWORK
This is a gentle workout focuses on strengthening deep abdominals (core muscle), hips, back and buttocks. Through the breathing method increase the lung capacity & oxygen intake. Pilates is also a great form of exercise to strengthen and lengthen your entire body, balancing and conditioning method that helps to build core strength, while losing inches with proper alignment, form, and precision
<哈達瑜伽>
HATHA YOGA 是我们现在最常见的一种瑜伽练习方法, ha代表太阳流(sun/solar), 而tha代太阴流(moon/lunar)。 hatha yoga的目的是在于在两种元气(prana)流之间建立完美的和谐, 踏上通往心灵的启蒙之路教授的是體位法,藉著動作、呼吸和精神的統一,以調和改善自己的身體,安穩心情。 瑜伽修習者並不一定要做難度高的動作, 只要能夠依照正確方法呼吸, 集中意志,動作盡自己能力所及就可以了。瑜伽體位法有很多種不同的動作,作用不離強化脊骨、肩背、腹部和內臟器官.
<彼拉提斯>
在垫子上进行的课程, 配合呼吸(鼻吸嘴吐)及集中心念, 达到强化核心肌群 (Core Muscles) 包括腹肌,背肌,骨盆底肌肉,髋关节肌肉,臀部。彼拉提斯较温和,有旧伤的人做起来比较不会有伤害。它的伸展及强化肌肉的动作可有效的燃烧卡路里,减轻体重,达到塑身效果。

SOME CAUTIONS
- The stomach and bowels should be empty.
- Allow four hours after a heavy meal & Two hours after a light one.
- Do not wear tight clothes that restrict breathing, digestion or circulation.
- To avoid injury, do not force the body beyond its capacity
- During menstruations it is not advisable to follow an ordinary Asana session, as this may be injurious.
- Do not attend class in the 11th, 12th, 13th weeks of pregnancy.
- Participants should bring own Yoga Mat & towel.
- Participants must ensure their in good healthy condition when they are attending the above said class.
- Participants must stop exercise immediately if feeling giddy, nauseating or breathless during the above said class and inform the duty instructor.

- 上課时瑜伽无须穿鞋子
- 上課时瑜伽課前或后的十五分钟可喝水

- 饭后二, 三小时内请勿做激烈运动
- 月事来潮, 身体不适, 请勿上課.
- 怀孕十星期以上请勿上課(孕妇瑜伽班除外)
- 上課时感到头晕, 要呕吐, 胸口痛,呼吸困难, 请停止运动並且立刻通知老師
- 学员必须确定本身的身体健康状态良好,才来上课
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment to be made at Sports Counter, Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club.
- Members are only allowed to attend the scheduled classes that they sign up.
- Strictly no refund, no transfer and no sharing package.
- We are closed on Malaysia Public Holiday, Christmas Eve, New Year Eve, Chinese Traditional Festival, long holiday in Chinese New Year and Hari Raya Puasa (Please refer to : Public Holiday List 2010). No replacement class for any public holiday or for those who absent for above schedule classes Please consider and sign up wisely for the package to avoid any wastage of the sessions
- Kindly note that the executive package for classes consisting of 10 sessions has a validity period of 12 weeks only, i.e. the 10 sessions must be used up within 3months /12 weeks. The validity period may not be extended upon expiry of the 3 months /12 weeks duration due to whatever PERSONAL REASONS. This is to enable the management of the club to facilitate the scheduling of the classes concerned. Please accept our sincere apologies. Thank you for your understanding.
- The management has the right to change the schedule or instructor without prior notice.

- 缴付学费后,学费不可退还,不可转让, 不可两人合用一个配套。
- 马来西亚公共假期, 圣诞和新年前夕,某传统华人节日没课,农历新年和开斋节休息多日。请看假期表。
- 如学员缺席或公共假期,将没有补课。
- 学员的10堂课配套只限于三个月或十二个星期内完成。为了避免行政上的不便,课堂配套有限期“谢绝”以个人理由或个人因素而要求“延后”。请在签配套之前事先考虑或安排自己的时间以免课堂配套被作废。(谢绝延后)
- 如有任何不便之处,希望学员多多体谅 。
