BASIC EXERCISE COURSE (CODE: SSC-BEC)

This course will stretch over duration of two to three weeks (Total 18 hours) and designed specially to participants with the basic skills to supervise exercise classes for individuals and groups.  Participants will be taught the fundamentals and understanding of exercise and fitness, how to demonstrate proper exercise techniques, and how to use fitness equipment. Upon successful completion of the course and examination, a certificate will be issued.

This course will stretch over duration of two to three weeks (Total 49 hours) and this is an intermediate course designed to prepare the candidate for general fitness instruction. Participants will be taught the foundations and essentials of exercise science for both theory and practical. Participants will acquire professional skills in the teaching and demonstration of safe and effective fitness activities, upon successful completion and certification will be issued.

Aerobics Instructor Training (CODE: VF-AIT) 

This course will stretch over the duration of three to six months (Total 100 hours) and will cover both theory and practical knowledge of aerobics instruction. The course emphasizes fundamental knowledge and understanding of exercise, and the ability to lead groups of individuals through effectively safe and fundamentally sound methods of choreographed aerobics exercise. You will learn the basic step moves, plus how to incorporate: impact, direction, step approach, style, arm lines, linking and combining moves, and the use of music. This will enable you to create many step routines for your own classes.

This course will stretch over the duration of three to six months (total 100 hours) and will cover both theory and practical knowledge of Pilates Matwork basic & Intermediate.   • FISAF requires that the student demonstrate competency in accordance with a prescribed set of performance criteria. The performance criteria will involve assessing a person’s level of understanding and performance of skills. The context of the performance criteria will lend itself to a theoretical and practical assessment. As knowledge and skills are used simultaneously in the workplace, an integrated assessment can involve using more than one assessment tool as follows:

Yoga University Teacher Training (CODE: IND-YUTT)


This course will stretch over the duration of six to twelve months (Total 250 hours) and will cover both theory and practical knowledge of Yoga under Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, India,/ Yoga University India’s curriculum. The objective of this course is to provide introduction to the theory and practice of Yoga, to conduct a class in a professional manner.  The Teacher Training also include: The Science of Yoga, Yoga Sopan, Yoga Pravesh, Yoga Nidra, Karma Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Asana, Pranayama ,Omkar Sadhana .

  • Candidate Eligibility
  • Minimum age of 16 years old. 
  • Participant must hold current adult CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) certification at the time of the exam.
  • Participant may sit for the exam without proof of CPR; however, participant will not receive exam results until provide current CPR certification information
  • Attendance requirement
  • All participants are required to have a minimum attendance record of 70% to qualify for the examinations
